The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Committee of 100, a group of prominent association executives, has added eight new members to its roster. The additions to the group include a slate of relatively new CEOs who took the reins in 2009, including John A. Courson from the Mortgage Bankers Association, Marvin S.
